Professional service. I was able to book an appointment that suited me, which was next day. Eddie even managed to get to me at an earlier time, which I appreciated. He took the time to explain the boiler settings as I'm new to gas. I highly recommend ebm, hence the 5 stars.

Great communication and appointment availability. When I needed to cancel my original appointment, Eddie was happy to rearrange with me. Gas certificates were emailed to me on that same day. Would definitely use again. Reliable and friendly guy and my dog loved him.

Great service from Eddie and EBM Gas Services.
Called on Monday and new Boiler was installed on Thursday.
Was kept fully informed throughout the whole service.
I like that he shared his live location on the way to my property so I knew exactly when to expect him.

Can't recommend Eddie highly enough. Easy to book appointments, communication is great, he turns up when expected and does a first rate job. Eddie is trustworthy, reliable and very fairly priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a boiler service.

Eddie was the only engineer to call me back when my gas heating broke over the holidays. He was quick & efficient, sending times & updates through WhatsApp, text & email. Kept me informed every step of the installation & was friendly & professional. Would highly recommend he's services.
