BE WARNED .... don't be fooled into accepting the government new air source heating system and solar panels -The Solar panels only work with the Sun, Duh. No Sun no "free energy"....
This system is so inadequate I use candles to heat my bathroom. Kept central heating on all night and still freezing - cost of air source heating for one night £18.
January bill for 8 days already over £100
The heat from the radiator wouldn't even melt butter - the whole thing is a government scam to claim they are meeting green energy policies.
We had oil, the house was toasty warm and worked out at £130 per month for the year. GREENWASHING!!!!!

A member of the DRW team was working in conjunction with a team of plumbers to install a boiler in the house. I enquired whether Dylan, from DRW, could have a look at a plug socket which had stopped working. He evaluated the problem and offered, not only a better brand of equipment to use but how best to fit it, if I wanted to do the work myself. Dylan was a very good ambassador for DRW, going the extra mile. Thank you

This company is supposed to be a reputable firm with a good history…..however it has now been taken over by the owners son Christian and Kyle Bell has merged with the company formally KB electrical - we have just asked for a quote from Christian to hang two outside lights and were quoted over £700! Extortionate.. They don’t appear to be interested in small household jobs anymore and so price themselves out of the market.
Kyle Bell was paid in full to rewire our house and will NOT return to sign it off - we have tried for a year to get the company to come out and resolve this but they do not return calls and emails. We are very disappointed as both my husband and I run our own businesses and would never treat our clients in this way!
My advice to all my clients and friends is to AVOID this company they just don’t care!!
