Left a mower in for repair. They had it 7 weeks. Had to pick it up in the end and I don't actually think it had even been looked at. They didnt charge me at least but Clare Farm Supplies changed the carb and had it sorted in 2 days. Wouldn't recommend RD mechanical as they just wasted my time.

Thanks for responding but my review is entirely accurate. I was given story after story and eventually went to collect thw mower and was told it was running rough which was why it was left in. I was told it probably needed a carb which Clare Farm Supplies confirmed and fitted in 2 days.

For the 1st time in 12 years of business I was offered to demonstrate 2 machines before I bought anything..I took one out on demo and bought 2 machines. Mark on sales got the job done no fuss and was very helpful. I deff be buying from them again.
