5 Star + for Hill Eye Care. Pleasent surroundings, well lit, spacious and amazing staff. They cannot do enough for the customer and make you feel so relaxed and special. Nothing is rushed and attention to detail is brilliant. Great selection of frames etc to choose from. Jacqueline on front desk and Susan the optician could not be more helpful and make you feel so cared for. Well done Hill Eye Care and well done to all staff. Go on give them a try you wont be disappointed.

I have used this opticians now for around 8 years it is the local opticians, I have always found the receptionists and opticians friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to picking up my new glasses, when they are ready, knowing if I have any problems they will be swiftly and diligently dealt with.

Very friendly staff. The receptionist was very welcoming even when I was 5 minutes late. The optician was great, explained everything going on during my eye test and answered any questions I had.
Overall a great experience and I highly recommend using Hill Eyecare 😄

Have been going to Hill Eyecare for a few years now & have never once had any cause for complaint; staff are very welcoming & put you at ease. Opticians are very thorough when testing your eye sight & also the health of your eyes. They have a great range of frames to choose from with a wide price range. I would highly recommend them!

First time visitor, I was greeted well with the receptionist acquiring my previos prescription. The test was precisely on time with the Optician who told me whatwas going to happen. During the test everything in my opinion went very well

I've been going to Hill eyecare for my last two eye examinations. Both times I've had excellent treatment and have never felt pressured into buying something I don't need. In one instance my prescription needed updated but I couldn't find a frame type in the shop that I liked. They offered to fit lenses into my existing frames. This is something that has never been offered by my previous optician despite being a customer for over 30 years.
I will continue attending Hill eyecare for my future examinations.

The staff are so incredibly helpful, I had a request to simply print out a document for a PTSD claim, the young lady printed it out, gave me an envelope and simply allowed me to chat despite it not being eye related. Absolutely wonderful service from beautiful souls who care about our community

We have used Hill for years, and the staff are excellent. They explain everything clearly. They are particularly caring and take time with my disabled wife.
