The service engineer turned up on time and presented his credentials. I showed him where the meters were, and he even helped me to move the furniture to gain access to the under stairs area. He took the necessary photographs and continued with his checks of the equipment, reaching a successful conclusion. We then spent some time discussing the pros and cons of installing solar batteries which ended in me paying a deposit towards an installation of a 3.5 kwh system. The young man was very persuasive and seemed to have a good knowledge of the subject. Unfortunately, I have now decided that I do not want the battery installed and will be cancelling. This is in no way a criticism of the engineer or the company, but due to legal reasons concerning the house. I will continue to use ESE’s services.
