If you want a great looking lawn or need to clean you patio or driveway. These are people to get. Great customer service. I now have green lush weed free lawn. My patio have never looked so good. Easy to manage with there online services

Started with Greenthumb about a year and a half ago, everything was going well up to the start of this year where we have had no treatments or contact since January although paying a monthly direct debit. Very hard to get through to customer services, and when successful they were not able to provide any updates.
Contacted them on three different occasions for any updates and none received, We have now ended things with Greenthumb and gone with a competitor.
Very poor service

We had this company prepare our lawn over the last twelve months, paying by direct debit on a monthly basis.
The lawn was full of weeds but is now acceptable apart from the mushrooms.
We actually paid 13 months of fees but cancelled before the November 2022.
A short time after cancelling we were hit with a bill for £19.75p, which reluctantly we paid.
I was under the impression that when you paid by direct debit there should not be a top up fee, as the company should have used the mandate to take sufficient funds to cover the cost.?
You do not get hit for another bill when you pay by direct debit for house, car Insurance, etc.

Although the service is excellent I have contacted Greenthumb several times with the response time being between 30minutes to an hour - I’m also having difficulty with the portal which had been the reason for one of my calls - I am still on the phone in a queue for now almost 40 minutes so please please can someone answer the phone as I need to find out also if new weeds are supposed to grow once the summer ready treatment has been applied which I had done in May? Can someone contact me please

Missed Autumn and Winter lawn treatment seem to be a bit disorganised this year. New date after missed visit didn't seem to have the details although they sent email confirmation, oops!
