Moved into our 1st home & We ended up having a nightmare issue with our faulty boiler (which turned out to be worse than we initially thought!)
We found MPH gas services through a recommendation on a Facebook post as we desperately needed the boiler fixed.
Merrick was brilliant & diagnosed the fault. He even booked us back in on a Saturday morning (On his Birthday too! Honestly, that’s dedication!)
to make sure the job was done and we had hot water & heating!
He was honest and upfront about everything.
He also ensured everything was left tidy.
Thank you so much for sorting out a horrible situation for us. We really do appreciate it & we will be recommending him to our neighbours and friends.

I don’t think words can explain how happy I am with MPH. My boiler stopped working on Monday, a quick call and he came out to investigate later the same day. He repaired what he could there and then and we decided to go for a new boiler. Fast forward to today, we’ve had a new boiler and smart thermostat installed. Everything was completed promptly and politely (I work from home). Everything was explained to help me use the new system. The rating goes up to 5 and I’d give MPH 6⭐️

Can't fault the service. Good fair pricing and clean and tidy workmanship Merrick took all waste away which saved putting it out for the scrapman. Serviced the boiler and replaced 2 radiators. Gave good clear explanations about what he was doing .thanks Merrick , finding reliable tradespeople can be challenging . Its rare you have one apologise for being early !!

Fantastic service from MPH. Merrick was able to fit me in within 24hr to diagnose the problem with my boiler and had it back up and running within 48hr. Merrick was friendly reliable, on time, gave good advice and reasonably priced. He was honest and upfront about the cost, I would definitely recommend MPH and will be using them in the future

Merrick has again done a fantastic job fixing a leak I caused from my bathtub drain when I was trying to fix a clog. I've used his services in the past for boiler servicing and fixing a broken sink tap and he's always don't a fantastic job at a fair price. This job I had been a bit down when he was working on the tub and he noticed and even spent some time with me talking about my car issues that were causing me some financial stress. He was so kind and ended up doing all the work on my bathtub for free! All I can say is that I wish there were more people like Merrick about as the world would be a much better place! Most importantly he's obviously am honest person who is the best plumber and gas tech I've ever hired. Can't thank him enough!
