We have New Laws regulating companies waste costing us a fortune so we then pay companies like this to take our plastic waste away but they refuse to take plastic banding as it’s clogging their machines.
Avoid getting into any contracts with this company as they will fail regularly also make sure that you cover all areas with CCTV as they will also try to charge you for their own failings.

General service is poor. Collections random ad don't take it all. Contacting the office is impossible can be on the phone for an hour with no response. Still waiting on food bin and proper plastic collection bin so we can meet the W.G legislation. Promised 3 months ago.
