An Unforgettable Coasteering Experience with The Real Adventure Company!

We recently had one of the best coasteering sessions we’ve ever done, thanks to The Real Adventure Company. Our private family group of 3 adults and 4 teens had an absolutely perfect time exploring the stunning coastline around St Non’s Bay.

From the moment we arrived, Pete and Lyn made us feel completely safe and welcome. Their professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach helped us all feel confident and excited for the adventure ahead. The kit provided was all brand new, sturdy, and top quality, and the safety briefing beforehand was clear, thorough, and reassuring.

The session itself was packed with excitement – from exploring dramatic rock formations to making exhilarating jumps into the sea. One of the biggest highlights was the cave tour, made possible by the low tide. It was truly magical and added something really special to the whole experience. Also Pete documented the whole occasion on this GoPro and shared the pics as part of the package. Amazing memories…

We can’t recommend The Real Adventure Company highly enough, especially for coasteering. Whether you’re a thrill-seeker or just looking to try something new in a safe, supportive environment, this is an experience you won’t forget.

We did a morning coasteering session with Pete and had the best time ever - it was unbelievably fun and having Pete there made us feel totally safe and just allowed us to enjoy every minute. He had amazing knowledge of the area where we did the session too, so it was super interesting as well. The time flew by - would definitely do it again if I came back to Pembrokeshire. A must if you're in the area!

Pete took us out Kayaking around Abercastle today. We booked a half day trip and met at his office. Pete discussed what we could do that would suit our ability (including our 4 year old). We agreed a route and followed him to the launch site. We had a fantastic time weaving in and out rocks and exploring caves. We all had a fantastic time out, and felt in safe hands during the trip. Pete even took photos so we didn't need to! Thanks for a great day Pete!

We had an amazing time with Real Adventure Company! This was our very first kayaking trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. Our instructor, Pete, was fantastic—super clear with his instructions and incredibly reassuring, which helped us feel at ease right from the start.

The company provided all the gear we needed, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We even brought our dog along! It was his first time too, and he was a bit hesitant to get on the kayak. But Pete was so patient and kind, taking the time to reassure us and make sure our pup felt safe.

Thanks to the team (and especially Pete), we felt comfortable, confident, and had a lot of fun. We highly recommend Real Adventure Company and will definitely be coming back for another paddle soon!

Went Coasteering with my partner and her family a couple of weeks ago. It was my first experience doing this and I could not have asked for a better first time. Pete, our instructor and mentor, was amazing. Full of life, energy and enthusiasm he pushed us to have an amazing fun time and just enjoy the process. Amazing coasteering experience, we had so much fun! I was nervous about my first coasteering experience but Pete was a brilliant guide and I loved it. He also gave us loads of wonderful photos and videos of our adventure. Highly recommended!

We went on a kayaking excursion with Pete for my hen weekend. As a group we were a little bit nervous about our fitness levels and confidence on the water. Pete was in regular contact with us to make sure we felt comfortable and could ask questions before the excursion. On the day, before we changed, Pete reassured the group in a nice, informal induction for the day, and we were clear on what was going to happen. This was very helpful to settle any nerves.

The changing facilities and gear was all very clean and tidy. The excursion itself was lovely, with a detailed tutorial on how to use the equipment beforehand. Pete was very attentive and supported all of us, regardless of ability and confidence. The coastal route was beautiful and we experienced a good range of sights.

Would definitely recommend to others and will be looking to book again in the future 😊
