⚠️ Non-refundable "refundable" deposit – ignored refund request for months.

I attended a Success Resources event in Geneva, MMI (May 2–4, 2025) and paid a €600 deposit for their "Quantum Leap" program, which costs around €10,000. I was clearly told the deposit was fully refundable if I changed my mind within 14 days – which I did, in writing, on May 7.

Despite multiple follow-ups and their written confirmation that my refund request was being processed (on May 26), I never received my money back. It's now over 2 months, and they’ve gone completely silent – no replies to emails, WhatsApp, or phone calls.

I've submitted a chargeback request through my bank.
This feels like a professional scam – taking large deposits under false "refund guarantees" and then ignoring clients. I strongly recommend others to be extremely cautious with this company.

If Success Resources wants to fix this, they know how to reach me. Until then, this experience is unacceptable.

Update July 8: After posting this review, I received a generic reply asking me to contact them – but I had already done so multiple times before, without success. I'm still waiting for my refund.

I've done success resources Millionaire Mind Intensive which was life transforming for me especially after following their workbook after the event for 30 days.
Also have done Tony Robbins UPW which is mega mega powerful.
All these programmes require daily practice after the event to get the real permanent life changes.

Attended an excellent value investing boot camp organised by success resources Uk LTD. The trainer / master Reshveen on value investing bootcamp was amazing and explained all key value investing concepts . Simplified how to do options . Showed us tools and methods on how to find the best shares. Walkthrough how to use brokerage tools . Highlighted step by step on how to place an order in stock investing , how to sell put options. Clear terminology and strong discussion on Financial statements to help us understand how to evaluate companies . Discuss on how to evaluate economic moats. I have no investment experience in stocks or options and managed to places my first order in stocks after spotting gems on undervalued stock! So exciting ! Look forward to more training and education sessions from success resources ! Value investing boot camp on 25 and 26 January 2019 was awesome !!! the crew from value investing boot camp and success resources was very helpful. Whenever I didn’t know how to use the software they were there to help me all along the way ! Thoroughly learned a lot and value adding training 🙂 cheers!

Great weekend spent at Guerrilla Business Intensive training course in Amsterdam with Success Resources. Sales and marketing was always a dark arts for me but attending this session gave me some key strategies to develop my new business idea with more confidence and focus. I have attended training with Success Resources before so was confident that the course would provide great value and it did.
I was also extremely impressed with the trainer Mac Attram. He was very engaging, fun and knowledgeable about the topics covered.

This is a shame. I am still waiting for their refund, also signed by them at my withdrawal from the course! It's not possible that they preach well and practice badly!

Guerrilla Business Intensive was great. I learned a lot and enjoyed getting to know and interacting for 3 days with awesome people.
I give 4 stars because sometimes it was too intense. I read that it was before a 5 day training and to make it 4 the hours are too long so human body can barely support it, we could have water or free coffee as a treat. Even though it was suggested to bring your own, its a 12 hour thing 🙂

It is made up by the quality content and high level of energy, dancing and happy people trying to improve their life. You will not regret it but be prepares. Bring a lot of snacks and clear your full schedules, leave the kids at home you are here to grow.
