Drivers working on somebody else's job parked x2 across my neighbouring drive and on to a flower bed (in Uppingham, Rutland): not even an attempt to ask permission and refused to provide names. Perhaps the firm would like to contact the people who ordered the jpb in order to get in touch.

Just wanted to say that I was really highly satisfied with the work done by Tasleem, the engineer who connected my broadband and landline on behalf of Openreach.
He was very competent, courteous and professional and left my home clean and tidy afterwards. He stayed over the allotted time to do an extra connection in the street so it could be up and running straight away. The cabling both inside and outside the house was very neatly done and looks great. I just wish everyone who did work in my home was like him. Great job !

We had the MJ Quinn Openreach engineer Gez here today to insatl our fibre cable.

What a great chap very proactive and explained what was happening as he went along.

Arrived on time and asked for parking on the drive. He clearly knew his onions and we are extremely happy with the service he provided.

Worked carried out and left tidy.

Well done that Engineer.

Is there a reason your cars are being parked overnight in no-parking zones? There are nearly 90 flats in this area (NW10) and in the event of an emergency, access could be blocked.

Please ensure your drivers are properly trained on where they should park.

Engineers arrived at 1600 to connect my FFTP. I was their last job of the day. Much of the 1st hour was spent moaning and contacting their Manager as they said my Telegraph Pole (which is at a bit of a slant) was not safe. I took their word for it and was sympathetic...When the Manager did not reply, they reluctantly got on with the job.. everything was connected, albeit the external wire was not placed where I asked for it. They said the service was working fine as far as they were concerned, but the router was still showing orange lights and my phone would not connect. Don't believe the video they send before connection which clearly says Engineers will stay until you have 1 device connected. The next day a different Technician from the same company came to connect my neighbour to FFTP he was very professional, far quicker, did a very neat job and went up the pole without any problems. As the pole is right outside my house I spoke to him & he knew I there had been problems with my installation and said he found it was perfectly safe. I have had intermittent connection drops so far and believe my job was rushed as so much time had been spent arguing about the Telegraph Pole.

Subcontractors to install Full Fibre Broadband for Openreach on behalf of Plus Net. Similar to other reviews, turned up late on a Friday, seemed uninterested in completing the job and came up with an excuse to leave promising to return on the Saturday morning. Emails then received to say the installation was completed and services up and running. Saturday morning came and nobody turned up, out of office team gave me a number to contact the engineers which was diverted to voicemail all weekend. Contacted customer services on Monday morning at 9am and promised a call from a Manager, no calls received, called back at 11am and promised the same, same outcome of no calls received. Final call at 1pm also ignored and customer services just transferred to another number where there was no answer.

The best thing about all this is the old contract was cancelled on Friday due to the services booked to be installed so left with no internet in a house where we rely on this due to poor mobile reception.

Ultimately, they do not really seem to care
