The rudest staff ever, and it's pretty consistent - every single one of them, any time of day or the week. You can say "good morning, thank you, goodbye" but you will never hear anything back. They look and behave like they are all being punished to be there. It is either a cultural difference or they are simply untrained and underpaid. Either way, Tool Station dropped their ball with this one.

I traipsed off to Toolstation Brixton today, from Pimlico, in pursuit of a double connector for garden hose. Another heatwave, but there was a 25min walk to the unit from Brixton Station.Undeterred
I ploughed on and arrived panting and sweating like a bull. But, all's well that ends well. My pilgrimage was rewarded when I found the perfect connector.
I've been happily watering for the past hour - with no need for heavy buckets now I've got my 2 hoses perfectly connected.
I must say the assistants I met were lovely, took time to find what I needed.
We had a bit of banter about middle aged Irish women struggling with our new tropical climate.
And to top it all, while in pursuit of a loo, (rare as hen's teeth these days), I came upon The Blues Kitchen where I recovered with the help of a fantastic margarita.

My 2nd visit to the Toolstation Brixton branch and I was served by the same young man with short locs.
I came to collect an order I paid for online and was met with the same low level service.

He brought out my order incomplete, I asked is that everything and he said 'yes' without bothering to double check. I told him there's suppose to be x2 carry cases on top. He eventually ended up giving me the item on display with no apology for almost letting me leave with an incomplete order I paid £200 for. I said thank you and his response was 'mmm'...

As a mechanic I won't be coming back to this branch and I will advice anyone I encounter to do the same. Management clearly needs to do better with who they employ/train unless they want to keep losing more customers.

1st Photo is how he gave me my order and said that's everything
2nd Photo is what was actually displayed on the website that I paid for

- Disgusting service
- 0% professionalism
- Cold demeanor
- No care attitude

Rude lady.
the store wasn’t busy at all, but the lady at the counter completely ignored me as she was focused on her phone. When she finally finished, her tone was abrupt and rude—no basic manners at all. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere.
