I rarely if ever give 5 star reviews. But the service I received from Jerome yesterday was excellent - really helpful. I bought some locks and wasn’t sure if a few things. Jerome answered all my questions patiently, comprehensively and even did some helpful demonstrations. Without his help and initiative I would have left the store without everything I needed. Which would have required a second trip back.

I was very impressed with the customer service from this branch. I was served by a very helpful woman who helped me find the exact drill bit size and type that I needed and for the lowest price. I think it's worth mentioning that I also visited the closest branch (Balham) on the same day but had a much worse experience there.

I want to say a massive thanks to Jay. Not only does he always give me excellent advice on which tools to buy, he also goes out of his way to be helpful. Once I needed some cardboard boxes and he kindly took a minute to check if there were any that would be thrown away later that day. He gave them to me and made my life a lot simpler as I couldn’t find the right cardboard boxes anywhere. Thanks Jay, I will be buying from the Brixton Screwfix branch again.

I had an exceptional experience at Screwfix Brixton recently! I purchased a light that, unfortunately, didn’t work. I came to this shop twice and parked up to nip in and get some materials, twice I have now been given parking fines of £100 each totalling £200, all the Screwfix parking bays are constantly taken up with staff cars and cars from other businesses and private car parking firm lay in wait to catch you. I would avoid this Screwfix and industrial estate completely, Tool Station always have bays available.
