Contacted PC Wakeup for help transferring an Office 365 account to a new one and moving emails after it had been set up incorrectly by a previous supplier. Absolutely fabulous service. Liquid damaged PSU.
Called the folks at PC Wakeup at 0930hrs, explained the issue (coffee spilled into PC, PSU dead and possibly dead graphics card). Dropped off at 1000hrs, new PSU fitted, full service (graphics card saved!) and deep cleaned. All done and ready for collection 1500hrs. Excellent service, excellent value, highly recommended. If I have any issues with other kit, these are the guys I will be going to A+.

I knew my old laptop was on the way out but it died before I could transfer the data, software etc to a new laptop. I called PC Wakeup who were brilliant from the first phone call right through the process of recovering my data, transferring everything to my laptop and even resolving a couple of problems I’d had before (one I suspected and the other I didn’t). The laptop was ready to pick up within 24 hours and the total charge was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them. And a tip if you are arriving by car - you can park on the pavement outside. 😊
