We recently had our annual gas boiler service completed by Town & Country Heating and Plumbing Limited, and the experience was excellent from Claire’s friendly and efficient scheduling of the visit, where engineer Iain was a professional, courteous, and great ambassador to the company.
He arrived on time, treated our home with respect, and worked efficiently while keeping everything clean and tidy. Iain was also incredibly friendly and approachable, taking the time to explain what he was doing and offering helpful advice on how to keep our boiler running smoothly.
It’s reassuring to know we’re in safe hands with a company that values both quality service and customer care. I can highly recommend this company, and we’ll be using them again next year.

Very poor service. Bodged a job, over charged and even charged 2 hours for sourcing a radiator! Stay clear & find someone else if you want a proper job. They charged for travel, they said they were here for 8 hours but wasn’t, have cctv to prove. Very unprofessional.

The technicians are competent and do good work, which is normally priced at an hourly rate. However, beware, this is negated by opaque and dubious invoicing of jobs lasting a day or more. Despite the job only being 15 mins outside the Gloucester area, the final invoice contained unexpected charges for : (a ) an hour for initial viewing (b) 2.5 hours travel time inc picking up parts at start of each day!, (c) un-itemised lump charge for parts used. They should either uplift their basic hourly rate to cover time not spent at the work site or be completely transparent upfront about the final cost. In addition, parts should be fully itemised. Generally, customers don't mind paying a bit more as long they are told beforehand so that they can make an informed decision. Lack of transparency is ultimately counterproductive in gaining or retaining customers. Furthermore, they never responded to queries on a potential separate job despite repeated phone calls and an email.
