Worst service from this company. In November 2020 I advised of a metering issue, sent the company emails three times a week explaining the issue and having no response. When I was contacted it was someone who advised the meter (aka connection to the national grid) was my responsibility. I duly contacted an electrician who told me in no uncertain terms that electricians would not deal with this as it is a supplier responsibility. Months and months have passed with no resolution. I shall not be paying this company anything additional to my direct debit; I frequently have requests for meter readings and always respond as above. Now, in the last 4 weeks I’ve been promised a meter repair, let down, promised a call back, let down, hung up on twice and have had enough!
