Elite installed my home CCTV and I am delighted with every aspect of the product and service, I genuinely could not be any more happy with the work they have done and how professional they were.

Provided a free & no obligation site survey with explanation of the products available and recommendations for my property. No hard sales or pushiness, just emailed me a quote and followed up with a single courtesy call.

The installation engineers were all excellent, hard working and very polite and courteous. The equipment looks very professionally installed (which I think is important with security stuff) I literally cannot see a cable and the DVR was very neatly installed with immaculate cable management.

The software seems straightforward to use and the engineer helped me install it on phone, tablet & PC as well as explaining how to use it - and even if I forget they provide after sales support as part of the package. Before leaving they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and ran through every aspect of the job with me once again to make sure I was happy with everything.

This company clearly takes pride in great customer service and have been a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation & after seeing how good they are I wouldn't want to use anyone else.
