From the minute we sent our first email the service has been excellent. Rosie responded promptly and got us booked in for the first survey. Maddison was also very helpful when we contacted the office with questions regarding the scheduled date.

I recently had some damp proofing work carried out by Home Energy Save GB. This involved stripping the render from the rear of my property, the plaster from the walls in my dining room, installing a DPC and re-instating the render/plaster. I found the technicians to have great timekeeping, be hard working, tidy, conscientious and they provided a high quality finished job. I would recommend this company.

The guys Steve Rob, Ben and Ric fitted a dpc at my rental property. They were as tidy as they could be considering three internal party walls needed to be tanked and plastered!
Final job looks good. They were also able to save money on the job by not removing good render.
Quite tidy and conscientious about cleaning up after themselves over what could be a very messy job.

What a fantastic service we had from the lads from Home Energy Save GB when renovating our house; they were very professional and informative throughout. Tudor saved us a lot of money by doing a full and comprehensive damp survey. We were concerned about rising damp in the rear of our property because the previous owners had some unsuccessful damp proofing work done. Tudors survey found that the problem was in fact rubble in the cavity as opposed to rising damp saving us thousands on unnecessary work. Others who deserve a mention, in no particular order; Luke and Kai for the rendering of the house and garden walls, Luke even helped us with putting up the glass balustrade we were struggling with. Then Paul and his team for a quick efficient install of new windows, we had a minor snag with a door but someone was out to sort it the following day. Sam and Jimmy for the plastering, great finish. There’s a few more too but I can’t remember their names. Thanks a lot lads for the great work!

Came and installed RRB insulation and new loft hatch great workmen friendly. Work completed timely manor and looked good.

Upon going into the loft properly I've had to add more to this review.
**Had to come back and edit this review due to multiple reasons.
it Was agreed to remove previous boards from the loft, they were thrown into the eves with rubble too. And huge screw poking through the boards said they'd come back and sort the old boards and remove the screw. Never did.

They have cracked 2 ceilings and blown the landing ceiling out.
Quoted the repairs would be £4k but as good will gesture they would do it for around £2k.
In the end I had to source an independent plasterer to do the work for far cheaper. The company did give back £500 towards the work.
But the clean up stress and hassle this has caused us is not worth it.

I had a damp proof course installed in my home recently, and I’m absolutely delighted with the service provided. Sam and Josh were fantastic from start to finish — friendly, professional, and clearly very skilled at what they do.

I was able to get a quick appointment, which was a huge relief given how worrying the damp issue had become. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently while being respectful of my home. The company also offered a Blue Light Card discount, which was a great bonus and very much appreciated.

Everything was left spotless when they finished, and the whole process was stress-free.
