I’ve been told by a manager at the till : “just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean it’s faulty”
I don’t know where do they hire their managers from but probably basic human decency and manners would be a good place to start. Ive never received such a deplorable service in my life. You can refuse to take my return but at least be polite.

We had an issue with an item bought a while ago. Can’t fault the customer service from the manager Russ and Aaron on the collections desk. Issue resolved with no problems in a matter of minutes. Brilliant.

Went today to buy some 6’ x 6’ fence panels. As a pensioner, asked for some help as they are unwieldy and heavy. Despite at least 4 staff around the tills not assisting anyone, it was all too difficult for them, so left and went to Milton Garden Products nearby. There, received excellent service, help to load and willing staff. My advice is forget B&Q and support local business who actually care about the customer.

I have to say Julie in tradepoint is the most helpful, happy shop assistant that I have encountered in years. Twice over the past few weeks she’s had to reload my app, she has the patience of a saint. Thankyou, I hope B and Q appreciate you

For the biggest DIY chain in the UK, then if B&Q don't stock it on there shelves then your be hard pushed to find it elsewhere.
I really like this place, it's got most things you want for all those jobs around the house and all under one roof.
This store at Mier is in my opinion the in the area, it's great for parking, it's a big store with a good selection of items, great helpful and friendly staff.
I would point out, even though it's a great store and the store hours are great for getting you out of many a jam - for the bigger home projects, price up at a builders merchant just to compare prices, because you could save some well earned cash. But for most, I'd recommend this store.👍

Largest DIY store near Stoke, you can find everything that you are looking at a DIY store. The trade point staff seems bit hesitant to help sometimes.
