Responded to a leaflet dropped in the letterbox, ordered fuel and paid up front. Chased them up for weeks as they kept no showing, so requested a refund. They gave no apology, were totally indifferent. That was weeks ago and still yet to receive any money back.
Get your fuel elsewhere. Terrible communication and customer service.

UPDATE: Had to get the bank involved in order to be refunded. This company took payment and refused to deliver the service or give the money back. Scammers.

I don't write reviews, but when a company lets you down this badly you have to warn others not to use them.
No delivery despite advance payment - no apology and so far, no refund!
Avoid like the plague - very bad customer service who should be fired.

Shocking experience with NWF fuels. They came out and filled my tank and then decided to cancel my subscription and Owl monitor order without telling me. It turned out they didn't feel I had access. After proving I did have access, the depot manager then agreed to visit site to inspect the tank himself, then didn't turn up and didn't tell me. Then went on holiday. After running out of oil and many calls, a driver came back out and said he was too worried to go against NWFs policies as they fired several of his colleagues for trivial "policy" breaches to help customers in similar situations. Unless you have a "new" tank 20 metres from your house with its own private drive, I wouldn't bother trying them.

The most efficient, friendly and customer focused fuel delivery company in Staffordshire. Deliveries are prompt and promises honoured. The staff and drivers are extremely professional and friendly. I have dealt with them for a number of years without issue and would totally recommend to commercial and domestic users.
