We are very pleased with our new solar panels and would very much recommend KMM Energy.

So many little extra perks and you can tell customer satisfaction is very high on their list.

Kieron came round initially to tell us about the process and answer any questions we had in a complete, no pressure environment. From then on remained easy to contact and made sure every step was to our satisfaction.

On fitment day, electrician came round early and took pride in keeping everything neat and tidy. 33 Solar panels arrived and was fitted and all completed within the day. Showed us an easy to use app that allows us to track our energy usage.

Kieron came back for a visit a few days after to ensure we are on the best energy tariff to make best use of our solar energy.

Overall, a very professional outfit and very satisfied with our new solar system

Having heard so many horror stories about solar installations we were pleased with the confidence and process of having a system installed. Everyone from Kieren to the installers were knowledgeable and polite. The whole install process took 7hrs from the scaffolders arriving at 7am to the final handover just after 2pm. This wasn't a rush job, but everyone (6 guys) worked well together. The battery and invertor was installed outside at ground level, avoiding the need for an install in the loft. The scaffolders even replaced a roof tile that I'd known about for a while. What more can I say, we've had system about 2 weeks and the only power from the grid is approx 2-3 units when we charge the battery overnight. The app is brilliant seeing how efficient the system is and where the power is being used either charging, exporting or house usage. I would definitely recommend this company

Kmm are so easy to do business with. I phoned to ask questions and spoke with Keiren and after our discussion he said he could send his local guy Jon around if I liked. So I could get proper figures. There was no pressure at any time. Jon phoned a day or so later and arranged a time. Everything made sense because Jon explained so well. Once everything had been set in place, everyone turned up and did their thing, it was like clockwork, everyone knew their job, worked in unison and cleaned up afterwards. Jon organised everything perfectly. We had a problem with my old fuse board but Ricky sorted that out and now all seems excellent. I'm just waiting now to see how the next couple months affect my electric bills. I'm really happy with the whole experience. Jon definitely knows his stuff and sticks with you if you have any queries. His dedication to good service is exemplary. Even after completion, Jon still answers my contacts promptly. He's there providing good after sales no matter what. No wonder he's so busy. Kmm have definately got the right man for the job in south wales.
Thank you team. You're awesome. Oh, and the cost of the system....its £100 pcm less on finance than my summer monthly bill from the electric company. And that's without what the system produces into the equation.

We recently had PV panels installed by KMM. Kieron was a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, passionate, friendly and responsive.
Our PV panels have been up a month now and all is going well. We are on the final piece of national grid admin now, and Kieron proactively keeps us updated.
We decided to go with KMM because of their evident commitment to customer care. This decision has been vindicated and we would wholeheartedly recommend KMM as a great company to deal with.

We met Keiron and Justin from KMM at the Devon county show.
Keiron gave us the sales talk what KMM could do for us, as we were already on Octopus intelligence from owning an EV.
We were so impressed with his knowledge and approach, that we booked an appointment there and then.
Justin is a great guy, very knowledgable and he turned up very excitable and eager to advise how the panels and batteries would benefit us.
We reviewed our options and without any hard selling decided to take the jump into solar.
Justin carried out the survey instantly and arranged the scaffolding and engineers.
Would totally recommend and the whole team have been great to deal with.
