AVOID! Very poor customer service. I placed an order late morning (well before 2PM) for a cylinder tank and paid for next day delivery. I promptly received an email that my order had been received and the status was shown as "processing". The next day i received an email from Newark stating that they would like to send the unit as soon as possible and could I confirm by 2PM that day whether someone would be on site to receive delivery? When I replied stating that I would need to confirm as I had paid for next delivery and my engineer was on site that day not the next. I later received an email from the payment gateway that my money would be refunded in 3-5 days. Long story, they took my money, delivered nothing, and now I have to wait 3-5 days before I can order from someone more reputable and willing to provide a good customer service. AVOID!

I was sent on a search for a non-standard copper cylinder size. Mark took my call and was incredibly helpful throughout. He went out of his way to ensure the delivery was scheduled for the following day. We need more of the people like Mark and his son Jake. Highly recommend this company.

My Husband, Chris Holden, rang your company Monday, 13th March at 8.30am with reference to the supply of an indirect copper cylinder. He spoke with Mike, who was very helpful; he told my husband to take the old cylinder down for a quote. Hubby arrived approximately at 9.00 am, he accepted the quote and was told that it would be ready later that day and they would call him. At 1.45 pm ish your company contacted him to say the new cylinder was ready to be collected. The new cylinder was fitted and up and running efficiently by 7.00 pm the same day; wow!! This is an amazing service, excellent price and quality item.

I would not hesitate to recommend this Company to any one. Why would you want to go to the larger companies when you have such a brilliant product, pricing and customer service on your doorstep! Well done!

I had a problem with a themostatic mixer valve and when I contacted Tom he was very helping giving me advice and supplying notes on how I could service the valve to remove the offending limescale. I will certainly go back to this company for any parts or advice in the future. Excellent, expert service.

Once again real practical help. Explanations of options and what is so good nowadays, someone experienced (Tom) to help with a modestly priced item. Third time I have used these people and will again. (Tthe key to this good experience is NOT to have a complex multi-choice internet quote, and not to have a telephone receptionist as your customer sales).
