Reading some of these reviews shocks me and shows how much this company has changed over the years. I have had a really good experience since working with them. Their customer service team are a joy to deal with and got any issue sorted super quick and even sent me posters for my bins so my staff knew what rubbish to put in each bin. People complaining about overweight bins obviously weren't using them correctly in the first place. Thank you Novati and keep up the great work 🙂

Do NOT use this company. They are absolutely terrible in every way. Non-existent customer service. The contractors regularly miss collections and its up to you to chase them. You get passed around and promised that the issue is being looked into. It can take daily phone calls over weeks to get any kind of resolution. Every staff member will give a different reason / excuse to the reason you faced a problem. It can take anything from days to weeks to get the original collection to take place. Invoicing is very random, with payments taken sometimes 2 months in advance. Its almost impossible to get credited for missed collections. There are extra charges regularly which make no sense. They tie you into a lengthy contract automatically without your prior approval. Its up to the drivers discretion if they feel comfortable to come collect your bins. You get charged for missed collections regardless. I have been using this company for almost 8 years (previously known as 707 Waste) and have had problems throughout, but have been too patient with them. However now i have had enough and will move business to a company that is more professional. Overall a big waste of time and needless stress just for bin collections!

Could not recommend this company, awful from the start, they took over 707 which I'd regretted joining in the first place but the contracts magically renew.

Had very bad experience from the start with 4 weeks worth of waste not being collected as communication between the actual waste collectors and the waste management were very bad. Nothing was done in a way of compensation and overcharged me for excess waste which had accumulated over a month and as a result had to use my personal bins at home for a mistake they had made, shocking. I own a reputable restaurant situated on a busy high street and it isn't very professional.

Come the end of my contract I'd decided to give in my notice to leave, I believe it has to be 2 months in advance.

Called up and was promised better service and better terms and reasonable pricing, I regret this now, I get invoices every month, 3 months later I check my statements. Invoice says £90 for a months collection, my accountant brings my bank statements to my attention and it states -£533.51, next month -£238.27, next month -£314.11. Bearing in mind the invoices I receive always stay under £130.

I'll be calling in the morning to see why I've been robbed, avoid this company at all costs I've learnt from my mistakes and I'm sure other people have too.

The very least I expect is a full refund and compensation.

Rubbish company,don't use it!
Using the company since it called 707 waste.when they change name to
clickwaste to ukwsl to Novati.
The customer service was provided
very poor service!they charged me "overweight" for my general waste every time at same amount!When I ask them the proofs of the "overweight" and how my waste was overweightted the same amount every time?! but they couldn't answer and provide the proofs!I told them I won't pay for that as they are cheating on me and no proofs!!!After that they stop the services to me but that time I still paid the normal collection fees in advance to cover my schedule collection!!!
Contacted with them that they said they cancelled the services and they will remove the bins!
But 2 weeks after still not removed yet!
I called them again to remove the bin as I get the new collection provider,they changed and asked me to pay for the "overweight" fees first and they can remove the bins!!!!
Really rubbish company!!!
The issues took 5 months and still not sort out!
What a Ridiculous company and customer services!!!!

Since this review, i today tried to call Cathy - doesn't work Fridays. Our bins have now been taken away and we have been allocated to a new supplier. They still don't know when we will get our new bins, or what collection day we will have. We now have rubbish bags being placed outside until our new bin is delivered. Its highly likely this will become a pest issue because of our location - honestly - you do not want to use this company.

Utterly useless. Continually missed collections and take no responsibility for them. They blame the subcontractors and basically say they cannot do anything about it. Essentially they tie you into a contract, then don't empty your bins and you can't do anything about it. When you manage to speak to staff, no one has any idea of collection days or timings, or even what company should be emptying your bins. They won't issue credits for missed collections. They need to take responsibility for the poor service they are offering. Our yard is often cluttered with rubbish and is a health hazard . Quite frankly, they don't deal well with rubbish, but they certainly know how to act like it.

UK waste have been a pleasure to work with. Where needed they have looked at alternative contractors to reduce costs and if we ever had issues their customer services team were always great at finding me a solution. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Waste Broker.

I am in complete agreement with many of the comments on here regarding constant price increases and hidden charges.
Completely underhanded company AVOID at all costs.
Started off fine then the prices increased every year. The hidden charges - Admin fees, Overweight etc..Are never mentioned on the invoices.
There's plenty more fairer waste companies out there that actually look after their customers!
