Failed to collect our waste and then lied to us every day of the week from then onwards saying it was on the recovery Collection Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Every agent lied to us. They even said it was on route. But still nothing. Now we have a yard full of waste on the hottest weekend of the year, attracting god knows what. Not to mention what we’re supposed to say if we have health inspection. It’s not the first time since we went with Greenzone that they have messed up our collections. Ever decreasing service. Unless resolved with some kind of apology and some free collections to make up for this we will be pursuing a new waste management team. Get your act together, pronto.

Been stuck with Greenzone for too long. Can't get out of our contract without selling everything we own. They charge for overweights which is absolutely extortionate. They send invoices when you have already paid said invoice, and have to remind them to check and recheck as we have already paid. Missed many collections in the past, to then be charged extortionate over weight charges again. We even had to fork out for our own site collection when one of their members of staff actually cancelled the company who were collecting our bins! We are currently paying 10x the amount we were paying before for collections. Unfortunately we are stuck in the contract and can't do anything about it. All I can do now is tell everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Once you are with them, it's very difficult to get out again. Funny thing is, I still get contacted by them asking if I would be interested in having my waste managed by them, even though I have been a customer for many years!! Very unprofessional company that are very greedy. May or may not collect your bins. But you will most definitely be charged for them, the over weights, and perhaps charged again when you have already paid! Laughable.....but my goodness STRESSFUL!

Greenzone have never been easy to deal with, we were a customer for close to 5 years and I can honestly say the only thing they did with any consistency was collect their payments via direct debit, and add phantom overweight charges...
The only reason we used them for so long was because they made the process of getting out of their contract so convoluted that I was always too busy to go through the process, until now.

Skimming my inbox for Greenzone correspondence I mostly see "please explain this additional overweight charge, our bins have not been cleared yet" or simply, "dear so and so... the bins have not been collected, again" When Greenzone finally do collect your bins a week or so late they have a tendency to then charge you for being overweight (as you would be when its 3 weeks worth of waste instead of 2) or billing for an "extra" collection. As they are a middle man company and don't actually own any of the services they supply (a fact I found out too late) they aren't really in a strong position to solve any issues, so you'll find yourself being ignored when it is obvious they are failing at their one job and can do nothing about it.

Since our business is mothballed due to current events and we no longer have premises we cancelled all of our supplier contracts, water / elec / alarm / insurance / phones / internet etc etc... all other companies had a basic common sense approach that there was nothing to be done, we'll re sign and move forward once we can go back to work.
Greenzone have a different approach, they rolled over our contract without written consent and then refused to let us out of it, their best offer was to let us pay off a (high) percentage of the annual cost, for them to do nothing, and we would be released from the contract, amazing. They want paying for the privilege of doing naught.

They still send invoices, I tell them not to, we've terminated their services.
They just sent us a letter explaining that even though we're a valued customer unfortunately the cost of our contract is going up, to subsidise the fact they were so helpful and understanding during 2020.... it's laughable, seriously, I'm just amazed by their inability to action anything properly.

Their heavy handed approach to billing companies for services they haven't supplied and refusal to actually deal with cancellations of contracts is borderline harassment tactics.

The attached photo was taken after getting to the office right after I was assured the bins had been cleared. Excellent service yet again.

I could not recommend Greenzone any less. Honestly, just avoid or they'll try and bill you for eternity.

A brilliant company. Great value, reliable and just makes the whole thing easy. I don't want to spend too much time thinking about waste removal when I'm trying to run a small business and these people just get the job done so I don't have to. They've also been incredibly helpful and understanding during pandemic times which is a lot more than I can say for some of my suppliers.

Absolutely would (and already have) recommend to anyone looking for waste removal.

Complete waste of time. Waited three weeks for them to arrange a collection. Set up direct debit etc but they couldn't get a contractor to collect our rubbish even after they promised that it would all be fine. Did not ring back as promised. Now left without any contractor until after New Year with rubbish building up by the day. They just seem to be an agency that try to sub-contract and presumably take their cut. My advice would to avoid at all cost, find somebody local yourself.Rubbish!

Total waste that is exactly what they are.
You better avoid them at all cost and choose some other business for your business waste.
It takes them over three weeks to set up services, i.e. drop of a couple of bins, any problems you get the runaround and it can take weeks to sort it out. Call another leading company in waste management it's sorted in a day.

Avoid at all costs. This company is rubbish. I had them for a few months and all were problems with them. Didin't provide the service I was paying for and had to call them every day to find out why my bin was nor collected. There is one thing they are very good which is chasing payments for services they never provided. Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish. Find another company and don't go with these guys.

Good value for money, nice friendly staff. But the actual collection service is a rubbish service, bins not collected from location agreed, bins not collected on correct days, bins left blocking others drives. Would love to leave them but they tie you into a rolling contract.
