we pay for our bins emptying at a care home, they miss collection for 3 and 4 weeks in a row, we have bags everywhere and have had rats in the bin area. keep ringing and not very helpful. we are now 2 weeks missed again to be told we have to wait another 4 days for collection. i have served notice today we are moving companies. absolute rubbish

Sat writing this review at 19.18 still waiting as apparently skips are dropped off untill 20.00 when it was ment to arrive in the A.M
No mention of the 7 day skip time during booking, rude staff on the phone with a 'is what it is' attitude. Extremely dissapointed!

Although i could pay an extra £25 from 3 more days! Shocking!
