AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Customer Service & Internet reliability are shocking. Internet speed is shocking. Sent numerous messages and emails over the last 4-5 days to get our internet fixed and not had one reply. This is not the first time we’ve had issues like this. They take your money and aren’t bothered about customer care or service reliability.
We will be switching provider very shortly as we’ve quite simply had enough.

I live on the East coast and have had trouble connecting to the Internet for years. I heard of Save 9, and thought I'd give it a try . Couldn't be any worse than the others.
I wish I had heard of them years ago .!!!
From making contact, the Save 9 team have been amazing .
Professional, friendly and very approachable.
My connection is perfect no buffing or freezing ....brilliant, and the price is great.

We got Save9 after the park reps recommended it to us. I wish we'd seen the caravan owners opinions on in first. It is absolutely diabolical. Save9 is the most talked about topic on the owners page at Cayton Bay for how rubbish it is. They say during busier times it can be slower. When the park is busy, the Internet is none existent, when it rains or is windy, it's also none existent. When the park is quiet, even when it was just owners on site the Internet was so slow that even when just one device was connected, you couldn't watch Netflix without it crashing constantly.
They keep saying they're doing work to improve it but so far it's just getting worse.
I would not recommend Save9 until they sort themselves out. Happy to take everyone's money each month but not providing a service that people are paying for. Charging for a service that they are not supplying. If they don't start soon people will be banding together to claim back the months they've been paying for with no actual product provided. Isn't it illegal to advertise and take money for something that you're not actually supplying?

Had Save 9 internet in my Sea View caravan on Reighton Sands now for a number of years.
After trying so many others I have found that Save 9 is the best out of the lot and the most reliable!

Had a problem yesterday ( Saturday ) and Save 9 were out within 2 hours to fix and sort the issues.

Resulting in very happy customers!

Would not recommend, we are looking elsewhere to get internet for the caravan, some weekends when we come away we find we have no internet and can't get it fixed until we have already gone home, if it is working you can't stream anything without it buffing constantly or going off, from reading the response to another bad review all we are actually paying for is for there technicians to come out and turn the internet back on (when they finally turn up)
We have been without internet for 4 days now and after over an hour of trying to get through this morning when they opened I managed to log a call out to get our internet back on however we still have no internet and I will have to call again tomorrow to chase this up making it 5 days without internet, where is my money going? Clearly not to use the internet!

A fair and honest review…… I don’t like leaving negative feedback as I feel it can really hurt businesses however we have been with Save9 for 2 years now and constantly have WiFi issues, considering we pay a monthly subscription we definitely do not get value for money. It has got to the point where the mobile contact number does accept our messages!!!

We have a caravan at cayton bay on finch 1....I was doing some D.I.Y and accidentally cut through the cable we phoned save9 and they sent someone to us within the allocated hours on the same day as promised and they repaired the cable and upgraded our router with NO charge I would highly recommended save9

Avoid Save9 & save yourself a lot of wasted time. I booked Save9 early January 25 to install for us on Wednesday 5th March. They didn't turn up & when I phoned them, said that engineer unable to installation due to emergency. I was not impressed, but they promised to come out today 7/3/25. I stayed in all day again, but as no engineer had come out by 4pm I phoned & they reassured me that an engineer would come out before the end of the day. Now 6.30pm, but let down again. If this is the service at installation, I have no confidence that Save9, would help if there was a problem once installed. Any recommendations on other 'reliable' providers would be appreciated.
