Truespeed made switching from my former broadband provider hassle free. From start to finish the entire process has been a breeze. At each stage their staff were polite, efficient and friendly. They arrived when arranged and left everything tidy. Their after care service has been excellent. I must admit 5 stars is not enough, I couldn't be happier with the service they've given.

Fantastic phone support, answered in the UK nice and quick and direct through to someone who can help. The installation was okay, but they take the easiest route not the best for the customer - this is a shame as it would not have been much harder and I would have been way happier. The internet is very fast and it was great price in there sale.

Very good installation and customer service, I changed my package before installation day and they were very helpful and dealt with it all very smoothly with no issues. They have a local Bath office which is handy as well as you can get straight through to someone if you need to query anything and they handle all the billing / bundles etc themselves (rather than doing it online yourself) so you just call them and you get straight through with no problems and I feel it will be sorted smoothly, unlike the big call centres for other providers where you aren’t sure if they will resolve it once you put the phone down. They are a very cheap alternative to the other big providers and the internet has worked fine, I’ve had no issues or complaints at all, they’ve been excellent and I couldn’t have had a smoother changeover to them.

So disappointed in True Speed, we have been a customer for 10 years and have recently moved our farming business which sells chickens online via a website to a new site where we knew True Speed were already installed, we have been told, despite both our immediate neighbours having True Speed connections that they will not be able to connect us. We offered to do all the work and have already got electric cables being installed via trenches that we can add the cables into, they still won’t do it. Disgusting response from customer services, no compassion knowing we are an online business and need this connection. They couldn’t care less. They boast as being a local company, connecting the rural community, going to places others won’t yet they won’t connect a local farm business when both neighbours are already connected. Shame on you!!

I took ages to finally take the plunge and change from the broadband supplier I had long before broadband even existed. But the monthly costs and broadband speed looked so tempting. Any it has gone smoothly from start to finish - the customer service team have been polite and knowledgeable and the installation engineer was competent and helpful. It’s been a hassle to change all the devices over but they are all working fine now and I can stream successfully - hooray!

The switch over to TrueSpeed went smoothly. The installation was straightforward and was completed within 45 minutes. The engineers were friendly and helpful and gave advice on the best position for the router. Since the installation the broadband speed has been great, and substantially higher than we had previously.

Truespeed is high quality, fast broadband and the customer service is excellent. We have a large 4 bed modern house and we thought we might need an extra node. After trialling the basic router for a week, we realised we didn’t need the additional node and were able to return it without fuss.
