I went to the apple store last Sunday to get some information on a new iPhone. Sidney showed me all the different options and was super nice. Not trying to push me to buy the most expensive phone but the right one for me. She was super kind and patient with me. Highly recommend asking for her when you go in.

Had an issue with iMessage/Facetime this week and had to go 3 times to get the issue fixed as it was a bit complicated! Was promptly seen at the Genius Bar on time for my appointment. Even though there was technically nothing they could do as I had to contact Apple Support, all of the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and my issue is now fixed.

We did one of the summer workshops for kids here with Jim. It was brilliant. Kids loved it, super fun, supportive and informative. Not pressured to buy anything - just a really fun hour.

This was really a disappointing experience. I popped in the Apple shop this morning with every intention of making of purchase of a new IMac or MacBook Pro. As I went in the shop I noticed plenty of staff available, all which were talking to each other. I went on to look at the items I was interested. 10 minutes later no one either acknowledged me or ask me if I need it any help. Quite frankly this is not the sort of service I was expecting from a brand like Apple. I guess I’ll have to go and spend my money elsewhere.

On two separate occasions I've entered this store. Not once was I approached by a member of staff if I wanted help. Maybe I don't look rich enough lol. Maybe they judge a book by it's cover with people. This store and the Bristol store I have had terrible experience. This has totally put me off buying any future Apple product.

Last year I lost 2 years worth of photos because the newly trained member of staff did not give me the right instructions (which was confirmed by another more senior member of staff later). I was only offered a small discount to spend at the store (which first of all would require me to spend more money... and I live 4 hours away!). Silence from Apple customer service ever since then. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store.
