I have used ACE energy on two occasions recently. Firstly for my annual boiler service and a few days ago to fix a toilet and a leak in my shower. The same engineer visited both times. He was very polite, friendly and professional. Both jobs were completed and I was given clear explanations of the work completed.

Safe, reliable , efficient, skilled, competent, courteous, kind , intelligent trades people. Their dependability really helped me during my project of managing the complete replacement of my gorgeous kitchen in a Grade 1 listed building in Bath. From removing all plumbing and electrics safely, (prior to my kitchen removal) through to the final finishing with integrated appliances, plumbing, electrics , installing glass wall lights and a very large pendant central light fitting. I recommend them every time.

Having frequently wandered past Ace’s showroom on London Rd, admiring the range of radiators, I decided to pop in to enquire about the process and potential cost of replacing three radiators in my Georgian home. I was immediately warmly welcomed by Nicola, who proceeded to explain in detail how Ace might be able to help. However, there was no hard sell, just clear advice and guidance on potential next steps. After that, things moved fast and I can now enjoy the three chosen steel radiators in my home.

From that first meeting through to installation by Lee and his excellent team, my experience of Ace was absolutely first rate. The cost too was extremely reasonable, factoring in the significant discounts Ace has negotiated with suppliers. All in all I cannot recommend Ace Energy Plumbing, Heating, Electrical and Boiler Specialists highly enough.
