I would give the physio element of this service zero. They did an assessment, said physio would be in place. Then without speaking to us cancelled it as Adult Social Services said we had re-enablement carers. This was incorrect and I said that at the time of assessment and subsequently. No one ever rings back or replies to emails. Each time I ring, a different version of events is given. And still no much needed physio - appalling service

Trying to get someone to call you back after a failed appointment is impossible. Call the numbers available to you and you just get taken around a continuous loop where no one is interested in helping you. Very poor service.

It was the Customer Service department that was very unhelpful and unwilling to help.

Initial contact was confusing - slightly misleading and included receipt of a URL to a generic webpage, with no questions about my condition. Left with no idea about how to proceed. Felt abandoned... Until an appointment for an initial video consultation was offered.
The process required me to access, download, verify an app. It's a process I thin ksome patients may struggle with. The tech is clunky and unhelpful (e.g. no info about how to prepare for or set up the video consultation!)
