Just had my Worcester gas boiler replaced with a new equivalent. I am very pleased with the knowledge and workmanship of Steven the technical guy and Rich the installation engineer. The installation is neat and tidy and all mess and old equipment was removed promptly. I would recommend this company.

Installed a new air source heat pump from Vaillant replacing an old oil boiler in my cottage with a newly built extension. Runs very smoothly and easy to program with the remote. Updated a couple of the radiators at the same time. Cottage is nice and warm now and we never run out of hot water. Friendly service and competitive price for install.

I am very pleased with my heat pump and I appreciated the knowledge of Simon Annear’s sales team and installers. Other fitters tried to get us to replace all our central heating pipes/radiators when we actually only needed one radiator replaced (we were expecting this). The house feels cosy and is costing very little to heat compared to our old LPG system. The Vaillant app is great for tracking usage and it is running really efficiently.

We have recently had a Vaillant heat pump and all new radiator circuit supplied and fitted by Simon Annear. We are now super warm and toasty! From beginning to end of the project we have been well looked after by all concerned. A very big thank you to Dan Smith for all of his help in the design and quote phase and of course many thanks too to Nick and Dillon for all their work in fitting the system. The work is to a very high standard. Well done team! I certainly recommend Simon Annear Plumbing and Heating (and also their Solar division too!)

Very friendly staff. Had underfloor heating installed last year during renovating, they done a fab job. Had issues with my underfloor heating over the weekend, called on Monday morning and they came out the same day and got it all working again. So grateful for their help during this cold snap.

Simon Annear ltd came to replace my existing heat pump, circa 14 years old with a new system. The initial quote was very competitive and with the system they use there is a 7 year warranty and an annual service as per their monthly plan (£15 for piece of mind and knowing they will call out if anything goes wrong is good compared to our previous heat pump company)
The process of installing the new system and taking away the old one was smooth. The installation only took a few days. The new system Appears much more efficient, much quieter and looks much neater in our garden. There is only one inside tank compared to 2 on our old system.
Overall I am very pleased with the Vaillant heat pump 9 months down the line.
