I had 5 windows and two doors bought from and fitted by CCW and I couldn’t fault them from start to finish! The Sam in sales was fantastic and listening to what I wanted and suggesting how it can be made better. The window and door fitters were lovely and did a fantastic and tidy job. I couldn’t fault them and Will recommend to everyone!

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with CCW from start to finish. Rob and his team have completely transformed the look of our entire home. Our old conservatory wasn’t fit for purpose and even though it was a massive undertaking, Rob worked very hard to ensure we got a conservatory that has totally exceeded our expectations in every way.
It’s very rare that one company can project manage and carry out the entire job using such highly skilled and experienced tradespeople. But with CCW this is exactly what you get. Everyone that has come to our home to complete work has been friendly, helpful & courteous at all times and nothing was ever too much trouble.
We can’t thank you all enough for everything you have done for us as a family.

I was extremely happy with the service I got from start to finish. I easily got an appointment with Sam. I explained I was after a front door, French door and one window. I was shown various front doors, different designs. Once I had decided on what I'd like, Sam had a Google picture of the front of the house, which he placed the required front door on. I chose the glass I wanted and the type of handle ect I was after.
Once I'd decided I'd like them to go ahead, within a week someone came out & measured. I also changed my mind about the colour of the door, which wasn't a problem.
I was told that it would be somewhere between 8 & 10 until fitting. It took less time than that.
The fitting team came out, were polite. The fitting process was explained to me, they had sheets to put on the ground & furniture to protect. They tidied up well. I'm very happy with my doors & window

We are absolutely over the moon with our new windows and doors! Rob was great at our initial visit and gave some well needed advice and guidance. Brendan and Beau were excellent fitters, they left the house so tidy each day and their work was to a very high standard. Had our window panes replaced by CCW fairly recently. They’d done such a good job that we decided to use them to replace our front door.
Their showroom was set out very nicely and Sam done a great job showing us various different styles of door on offer. The price was very reasonable so we decided to go forward with it.
Installation was great, leaving my porch area spotless. Door works perfectly and we’re so happy we chose CCW for our new front door.
No doubt when we need any further work in the future, we will definitely return. Many thanks!

The whole process was smooth and professional from beginning to end.
The quality of the windows is exceptional .
The fitters worked efficiently, respecting our property ,turned up on time and cleared away all the mess on completion.

I had a small conservatory, garage back door and window, roof guttering and downpipe,replaced. I am so pleased with the result. The whole team from Mark the boss, and Steve the project manager, who personally visited me to help design, the office staff and the hardworking ground team, were great. Our windows were definitely at the end of their life....Chippenham Conservatories and Windows were amazing. The time and care they took to get things exactly right was at another level. We have no touching up to any paint work and we are now the proud owners of some beautiful windows...would definitely recommend them over any National companies available !
