Would be nice if they cleaned deluxe windows agreed to be every 12wks but don't because of not including next door on same job list, generally rude.

Very poor customer service. Were barely here 10 minutes and stripped half the lead off of one of our windows and didn't even bother to tell us, also completely missed two of our windows. No real apology, not a care in the world really. If they had owned up and informed us we wouldn't have minded so much but to not even tell us shows their lack of respect for our property.

Showed up on the day they said they would, great text reminder service the night before and payment easy to set up. Window cleaner was lovely and polite and did a brilliant job! Hassle free and would recommend!

Can’t rave about these guys enough! They do a 1st class job guarantee all their work and very reasonably priced, always happy with the clean and my facia boards and gutters look like new! Lovely polite staff trustworthy hard working people, keep up the great work you’re the best around!

Stay away from these fraudsters.
After previously having a subscription to window cleaning and being pleased with the initial cleans, I noticed that Martin (one of the cleaners) stopped cleaning the windows, but I continued to be charged. I raised this with Puretech and was assured that he'd been... impossible given that all my windows were open and therefore couldn't have been cleaned.
This has happened for a second time and I contacted Puretch notifying them that I cancelled my DD and no longer wished to be ripped off.
Upon returning a call from a rather vile receptionist who insinuated that I was lying and that my windows HAD been cleaned (like she'd know...) said SHE was giving ME the benefit of the doubt and sending someone to come and inspect the windows. I was completely outraged, still am.
The company now owes me money from last month and I will go ahead and report them to trading standards.
I expect my money refunded and to not be contacted by Puretech again.

Have used Puretech for over 10 years about 4 - 6 times a year. Very good service - friendly, punctual and best of all, efficient and effective. For the first time, they did the insides of all my windows in Spring time - really brightened the house up - will definitely do that again!
