Visited Rejoov for the first time this weekend after my Hyrox event and had a really good experience. The facilities look and feel amazing—clean and modern. Rob was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the benefits of contrast therapy, guiding me through the process of using the ice bath followed by the sauna. I felt the difference straight away. Highly recommend for recovery and I’ll definitely be back!

I am new to the idea of contrast therapy but having done it a couple of times while on holiday recently I decided to look for something local. I loved my first session at Rejoov and will be returning soon! I received a friendly welcome when I arrived and it was lovely to have some guidance on how to get the most of it my experience.

First time coming to rejoov and loved it. I’ve used other places for recovery but this is my favourite. Cool and chilled vibe, clean and loved having 3 different temperatures to choose from on the ice bath. And such a friendly experience from start to finish.

Had a great experience last Thursday at Rejoov. First time trying contrast therapy and the staff were great, very encouraging and knowledgeable. It was lovely doing it as part of a group after our run, there was a great atmosphere, and felt the benefits the day after. Would definitely book a group session in future!

I visited Rejoov as a part of social group.
I really enjoyed my experience. Both Rob and Cassie were really friendly and helpful with any advice - especially as we were such a large group. Overall my experience was brilliant and definitely felt energised from my time in the ice bath and sauna.

What a fantastic experience that I intend to repeat regularly! Cassie explained everything we needed to know on our arrival. I tried all 3 cold tubs and can only say that I’m now totally addicted! Can’t recommend highly enough 🤩
