The domestic account for our house was moved to this company by Wessex Water. We paid the first bill on time, but still received a final reminder before the due date, followed just 4 days later by threat of disconnection. After a strong complaint and an honest review, we received a very apologetic phone call and complimentary bouquet of flowers from the Head of Customer Services, who proceeded to do all she could to move our domestic account back to Wessex Water. Myself and my husband are grateful for the help and service we received in the end, but this situation never should have happened in the first place. The new systems should have been adequately monitored to ensure that these letters were sent to the correct people at the correct time.

This company is driving me crazy - I have never left a review like this before but I need to get this off my chest!
We have run a small gift shop for 6 years, our waste water bill was normally around £70 every 6 months. We were switched to Water2business (not our choice) and had a water waste bill of over £500 for 6 months. Have tried numerous times to dispute this and just get told it’s either increase usage (which is simply just not the case!) or we have a leak. This they said could be detected and they would send somebody out - heard nothing regarding this and now we have just been presented with another bill of over £400. So now we apparently owe over £900! We have 1 person in the shop for 7 hours a day, 6 days a week. Surely they can see this is wrong! We are at the stage now where we will just be happy to be disconnected. Nobody seems interested in taking ownership of this by the company!

sadly I am struggling to get a fair response to my request for a leakage allowance following the failure of an underground fitting . Wessex advised me to leave the stop valve open to ensure no contamination so why should I not receive a fair allowance for this loss which is circa £700 after all I could have turned it off !! dreadful service from this 'new' retailer who promises five days response!! is that supposed to be good?

Our home is inexplicably listed as a business because there home has a pony paddock and we are self employed which makes it "mixed use" apparently and can only be resolved by changing the council tax status somehow. Late bill? Threatened with disconnection. Not funny when you have small children.

EDIT: After posting this review a representative called me and the problem had been magically made to go away. She referred to a phone call earlier on that never happened. I hadn't spoken to anyone from the company about this in ages. I had given up. I am now back on Wessex water. I'm not giving water2business another star because they only sorted the problem out when I complained publicly.

We use Water2Business who deal with the water supply etc to our business unit. Following a larger than normal bill it transpired that there was a leak which was the jurisdiction of the supplier (Wessex Water). Water2Business acted on our behalf to claim for and secure a leakage allowance. The process was clearly explained and then the decision was delivered via a telephone call by a very helpful lady called Jeannie.

Claimed in an undated letter to me that my business was now with water2business for my water and waste water services when it turns out this is untrue, I am just signed up for waste water and their letter went to thousands of customers incorrectly yet they have done NOTHING to put it right until stressed and worried customers phone and find out. If a multi national company like this cocks it up right at the start - then I hold no faith or trust in a company that gets it so wrong from the very beginning.
Stephen on the customer service phone line was very pleasant and polite and kept apologising but that does not explane why a multi national gets it so wrong.
DREADFUL SERVICE. HOW CAN THEY GET IT SO WRONG RIGHT AT THE START.

I recently switch my account to water2business, the process was really simple from start to finish. They kept me informed during the process and let me know when it had all been completed. Always get hold of someone when I call and the staff are always really friendly.
