2nd house we’ve had Lee and the team round to install a new boiler and various radiators etc in the past 4 years.

I honestly can’t praise them enough.

A great team throughout, from the admin staff at their base to the engineers that carry out the work.
There’s no problem to tough and nothing is too much trouble - polite and friendly throughout they are a real credit and a pleasure to have them carry out another boiler replacement and heating system change.

I can only say thank you to everyone concerned and it makes a real change for a local company to be so helpful and professional.

An all round 5* experience once again.

Ryan & Owen removed my hot water cylinder for inspection as a leak was discovered in the airing cupboard. They explained to me the cause of the leak and I elected to have the cylinder replaced along with the immersion heater and all necessary fittings. After installation a full check of the hot water supply and central heating was successfully completed without any issues.
They finished by mid afternoon leaving everywhere clean and tidy. There was no mess whatsoever.
Their workmanship is faultless and I am very happy with the job.
I would highly recommend this company after also using them to replace my gas boiler and install a HIVE control system in late 2023. Coincidentally, that was also installed by Ryan.

Ryan and Ki recently installed a new boiler at our house in Ashford. They did an excellent job and were very clean and tidy across the two days required for the work. Ryan also balanced out our radiators, explained everything to us and was happy to answer any of our questions. The job required scaffolding which was erected and later removed with a lot of care, given that apparatus had to be taken through the house. The initial quote process and follow-ups with Aquaheat's admin and planning team were also very efficient, helpful and professional. If I had another boiler to replace, I'd definitely use AquaHeat again.

Always 5 star service and value. We've now had Aquaheat deliver 4 times and on every occasion, the prices are clear, competitive and informed. Never do more than's needed and always work efficiently and cleanly. We've had our boiler replaced - now more heat than ever and most recently got our downstairs loo radiator working where 3 other companies had failed.
Hooray for all of team Aquaheat. They are all great. Most recently Ryan and Archie who worked an incredibly long day to sort radiator, install a new one in the utility room and then juggle challenging pipework to install a warm external shower so I can hose off my very reluctant Lily dog!
Really people, you can't do better. Wholehearted recommendation, you won't be disappointed and I'm always totally honest on these reviews.

Highly recommend AquaHeat. Very professional and efficient service - from first contact through to completion of the work (replacing our hot water cylinder and expansion vessel). They were quick to respond to queries, competitively priced and turned up when they said they would! Ryan, who did the work, was very professional and polite.
