Really good size service station. Always visit while on holiday in Cornwall as fuel prices are good for the area its in. Also has a Greggs which handy . In all good for stocking up on the essentials before a long journey.

A lovely spot to stop at spoiled by the limited parking time, massive penalty for going over stay time and high EV Charging costs.

As an EV owner, I really can't get over charging companies charging 79p+ per kwh to EV drivers. Mile per mile, I believe this is far more costly than driving an ICE vehicle and paying for fuel. Absolutely no saving driving an EV.

I will never charge here unless I get caught short - more than happy to travel the 5.8 miles to the Tesla Supercharger at Penhale and pay 37p per kwh and come back to Newquay.

Enjoy shopping & eating here but be careful not to overstay.

Beware if you are eating within this services... it takes and age to get served and pushes you beyond the allowed (unacceptably short) 45 minute time constraint. Then you receive a parking notice through the door allowing only 3 days to pay within the 14 day discounted fee! The staff in the eateries and the Service station itself should be passing on the VRN's of customers that are running over the permitted time to the car park operator, through no fault of their own... However, this doesn't happen!

The staff in the services were pleasant when challenged regarding this matter and agreed that the times are too short and have supposedly asked for them to be extended. They tried to contact the car park operator Euro Car Parks and stated that they never respond to them when trying to sort out issues. After several attempts through the service station staff and appealing through Euro Car Parks' online portal, for them to respond with a generic "your appeal has been rejected" and giving no further explanation to the evidence we supplied. Followed by "this is the end of your appeal process" leaving you with 1 option to appeal to POPLA.... alongside the scare mongering tactic of if you challenge the appeal you will lose all rights to the discounted rate offer and may be taken to court / effect credit rating / issue debt recovery agency processes etc.... Another case of parking companies operating unregulated!!!

Use the Services at your peril.... and keep one eye on your watch!

Do not use this facility for charging!!!!! For the pleasure of paying to for a full charge on the car followed by some food for lunch and drinks, I was slapped with a £60 fine!! I contested it but was told that the charging time counts towards the parking time. Shocking policy!!! Use alternatives to avoid such misery at this establishment. They draw you in and keep you there with what appear to be nice facilities and then do this.

Nice new garage. Let down by lack of till persons. One person to deal with 12+ pumps. The que was round the shop. No one wants those dam self service things.

I went to re fill my campingaz bottle, and was told you didn’t do it despite there being about 8 bottles of it in your gas cage, plus a massive ‘campingaz’ sticker right under the calor one. When asking again, as I mentioned there being some in the cage, I was rudely told ‘NO, we only do calor’, no explanation as to why, just made to feel like I was in the wrong when it even has the campingaz bottle prices next to the calor prices!! Fair enough if you no longer do it but maybe change your signs if you don’t want people asking for it?

Could someone confirm if you do it or not? Would be much more convenient for people to get it at your facility than Newquay main town.

Today me and a friend visited for fuel and a drink and we were dealt by a lovely lady called Kelly. She was very chatty and polite which is refreshing in this day and age. Great fuel station, would recommend!

Easy to use. Fast charging. I always manage to get the end charger, as it's right by the vac, so can hoover out the car whilst charging!
