Great shop, great variety of animals. I love that it has all different set ups for fish tanks so it can helps you visualise how you may want yours. Lots of fish, reptiles ect. Reasonably priced!

I have always had good experiences with Watermarque, whether it is buying koi or pond equipment. The manager Darren is a nice-approachable guy and is always willing to try and price match online retailers where possible. I recently purchased several EA products for another pond build, all of which they had in stock to take away on the day. The store has a good selection and all the staff are friendly.

Got my Panda gold fish thank you Michelle for helping although it did feel you were abit tired probably because of me asking too many questions and taking too much time to buy a fish, but absolutely Love the Panda.
I think a first time discount would have made me more happy, just a suggestion.
glad to see such a huge variety of fishes and reptiles and huge amount of space in aisles as well one of the big aquatics shop I have ever been to.
Although I do think staff require more knowledge in goldfish area.

Devastating experience. I purchased a juvenile Bearded Dragon from here 1 month ago. They were very small - being a first time reptile owner I thought nothing more of it.. My little dragon didn’t grow over the next 4 weeks he was eating and toileting fine and all husbandry was perfect. I called and asked why he wouldn’t be growing - they said some others hadn’t either and I could “swap him” anyone with any empathy would know that wasn’t a possibility as you grow attached. He suddenly took a turn the day after that call and I took him to a vets who advised he had Coccidia which he would have had when I got him and he was extremely under developed and should never have been sold to me. I paid for all treatment but unfortunately he passed away the next day and we were heartbroken! After speaking to a breeder I found that she would not let them be sold until they are 25g and he was only 5g- not only this after returning to the store I have noticed they don’t have a basking lamp only UV which is not enough and they are unable to digest without it the bug sizes and types were also massively inappropriate for the size of them. I also purchased a full set up vivarium from here when I purchased the Viv the same colour base cabinet was not in stock I said I can just change the colour it doesn’t matter but they insisted they could just order it in no problem so I went with that. I called to check it would be flat packed - when I arrived to collect it wasn’t flat packed and they said they never are. I was then told the base was £40 more than the others because “ I had it made to order” this was not advised at any point as I had said I was happy to change the colour at the time of purchase. But they had me over a barrel as my Viv was already in use - they agreed to £10 off the increased price which I still thought was shocking and when I collected it was not flat packed so I had to drive back again because we had the kids with us. So overall an awful experience- I really hope the enclosure they were kept in was cleaned with F10 as nothing else will kill that bacterial parasite! Also if you do purchase a reptile from here please take it to a vet to be checked straight away.
