I ordered on the app hoping to save time. Finished up going before I got a confirmation text as I was now late. I’ll never know when I would have got the text but screwfix it is not.
Could be ok for deliveries but for collection, just join the queue.
Your reply says you don’t think my review reflects the service I received but I didn’t receive a service, I finished up ordering through the counter because nothing had been made ready. You admit to ‘keying my order through after 08.30’ yet the branch opens at 07.00 so I would be intrigued to know what service I received.
I have used your branches since 1981 without complaint but the online ordering is, at the moment, just giving early risers false hope.

An order of 'extras' for self building a Shepherds Hut. Nice to use a local company and delivery in 3 days is pretty prompt with a confirmation phone call in advance (not automated emails or an App!!). Delivery driver moaned about accessing with a 6 wheeler on narrow lanes. But very good all round and will happily use again 🙂

Ordered some stone to cover a lawn I'd taken up. The price was way cheaper than others I'd looked at. Anyway I ordered the stone on Monday the 19th May and was quoted a delivery on Wednesday the 21st. Later that afternoon got a call and was asked if I was available for a delivery on Tuesday the 20th. The stone was delivered by a young fella, nice and friendly and he dropped a 800kg bulk bag exactly where I asked it to be dropped. Have used Myers before for timber and never had an issue in any form. Local to me and will be looking to them again on any future projects I undertake.

Bought some GRG fireboard and it was delivered promptly.
All staff were friendly and helpful.
Will use them again even though we are in Rotherham as the product & delivery was a reasonable price .

Bought porcelain tiles on sale, they came in good time but outer packaging was non existent through water damage so unable to check batch numbers and some tiles are stained, chipped edges but still beautiful tiles and adequate for my project.
