I used Green Light Planning to help with a removal of condition application on my annexe. Sara’s technical knowledge & expertise surpassed my expectations. She kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and even worked late nights / over weekends to ensure that my deadlines were met. I gained retrospective consent for the removal of condition application. I am very pleased with the service Sara provided. Hiring Sara for our project was the worst decision we could have made. We constantly had to chase her up for answers and updates (for over 7 months), she always had an excuse for not doing her job. She was very unprofessional and did a very poor job (confirmed by the council and the planning company we had to hire after Sara's negligent work). Late we found out that she used to own another company (Platinum Planning) which she closed at the end of last year, if we would have read the reviews written in houzz.co.uk about her, we would have saved us a lot of lost money, time and frustration.
