When we hired Rapid Energy to install the temporary boiler, their response was prompt, and the installation took place the very next day.
The engineers were extremely helpful and knowledgeable—especially Joe Lattimore, who answered my queries promptly whenever I needed assistance.

Rapid energy's team where there for us and our client when we needed help.
Our client couldn't let down their customer's who had a wedding booked and PS Solutions were tasked by the client to help and get the site up and running as soon as possible.
Rapid Energy liaised with our engineers and within 4 hours of the call for help they were on their way to meet our engineers to get the packaged boiler plant up and running.
I cannot praise them highly enough. Exception team work all round.

Phoned 4pm on a Thursday, requiring an urgent boiler for hot water, for an entire apartment block of 400+ staff, Rapid Energy were on site 8am the next morning, with an enablement team & a temporary plant room, with hot water re-established by 5pm Friday evening.

We used Rapid Energy on a project where we needed a temporary cooling solution for a building while the cooling equipment for the building was being repaired.

On numerous occasions we had to contact Rapid to inform them that we needed to retain temporary cooling units due to delays on the repairs.
