Tim Grant and his team from Flowrite Drainage Services Ltd were fantastic. They went above and beyond in coming out to fix my Klargester, particularly when it turned out to be rather a more tricky job and bigger than expected, but they sorted out and fixed everything for us. Great friendly, professional service and job from start to finish and can’t highly recommend them enough. Thanks to Tim and the team – I’m still delighted with my new peripheral roller set, best birthday present ever!!

This review is written 6 months after installation of a sewage treatment plant to replace an aged septic tank. This is an expensive undertaking, however, I am completely happy with the installation. All the work was done to time, communication was outstanding, and attention to detail was meticulous. Most impressive of all was the effort made to keep the site clean, and return the garden to its former glory (in actual fact, the landscaping that has been undertaken to hide the sewage treatment plant has if anything enhanced our garden, due to the expert landscaping skills of the team). I remain incredibly impressed by the professionalism of this team, and I definitely recommend them to anyone considering having a sewage treatment plant installed. We had a number of quotes for the work undertaken, the quote from Flowrite was competitive, and the proposed service was superior to other suppliers.
Having seen the way that the team works the reason their pricing is competitive is that they are efficient, and know precisely what they're doing. They have years of experience, and can predict reasonably reliably what the potential problems of your installation might be. It's enormously reassuring to know that the team is experienced, and has seen most of the problems that occur regularly before. As a result of this experience they are very good at avoiding problems that would have been pitfalls to a less experienced team. If there are any difficulties this standard of communication is outstanding, and the house owner is very unlikely to get any surprises.
6 months on from the installation the garden has grown around the installation and it is beautifully hidden. I can't thank Tim and his team enough. They made the whole experience very smooth, and I would highly recommend this company to do similar work.

We had an awful smell from the area around the soil pipe where it goes under the house. I was recommended from another plumber to contact Flowrite Drainage in Rudgwick to investigate with their CCTV drain equipment. I Contacted them and they couldn't have been more helpful. The next day they were feeding the camera down the pipe and found a break in the within 10 minutes. They managed to permanently repair the broken pipe a few days later without digging up our kitchen. Fantastic professional and friendly service. I would highly recommend them.
