What a fantastic store with unbelievable customer service, beats Currys easily. Bought a new Miele washing machine, they delivered on the agreed day, but when unwrapped the item was damaged. Not their fault, obviously, but they couldn't do enough to put it right, had another in stock and delivered it next day. Brilliant. Can't recommend highly enough, they'll look after you 💯

We walked in on a random mission to look at range cookers. Staff demonstrated an induction cooker and we left with a bargain priced Italian brand range cooker.
The delivery man was courteous and careful and asked us to check everything was ok.
