Highly Recommended ! - John & Debby quoted and delivered on a fantastic clean of our carpets and I will certainly be using them again. Quality service, job and a fair price for a proper job and we're really happy. Be careful of cheaper, more keen and more available operators that promise a similar job for a cheaper price and stick to an established operator who clearly know what they are doing. Team Zero Dry Time were brilliant. We arranged a date for Zero Dry Time to clean our furniture and carpets while our property was empty but then with unforeseen problems Zero Dry Time bent over backwards to change our appointment with another client to fit in with my wife and myself. They did an absolutely super job on our 3 piece suite and carpets throughout our bungalow. 10 stars. Zero Dry Time did our carpets at our previous address and was very pleased with that too. What a lovely business to deal with! John was clear on the phone on what the service would involve and gave a fair quote for the work. On the day I got a call from Debby to say they were on their way, and they turned up at the agreed time.

The finished carpets looked great and as they promised were dry by the time they left. There was a pleasant fresh smell from the carpets (but not overpowering). All in all, a great job, and an efficient service.

John and Deb are very knowledgeable about Their business they came and inspected my 2 x g plan sofas and gave me a detailed account on what I was to expect from the cleaning of the sofas. They came back 2 days later and spent 3 to 4 hours cleaning my sofas. They looked like they had just been delivered they did an amazing job. I would not hesitate to recommend Zero dry time if you want a professional clean look no further thank very happy with the works carried out
