James, Fern, the Kiln engineers and technicians could not have been more helpful in enabling me to kit out my Pottery Studio. Potclays always get back to me and go the extra mile with advice and help. Staff always help me load my car when collecting materials and nothing is ever too much trouble. I even had a tour around the clay processing buildings - fascinating. Would highly recommend.

I have used pot clay for the past 20 years for my glaze and kiln . The technical department is one of the best. The knowledge that they have about kilns and any issues that happen is amazing, they are always happy to talk you through any issues and help with ideas to get it fixed. I placed an order online which I saw was wrong on the invoice. I immediately phoned to correct and was told to leave my phone number and they’d get back to me. I also emailed. There was no response and I have received the wrong items. Potclays tell me I should return the items at my own expense. Potclays have no method to correct errors in invoices and are not accepting that they should have responded to my requests to change the order.
From now on I’m going elsewhere.

The lady at the reception/cash desk kindly informed me that I couldn’t afford a product and helpfully suggested something else instead. Appreciate the judgment, Potclays! I’ll be sticking to online purchases from now on—wouldn’t want to trouble your staff in person again.

Pottery Stuff is us. An amazing sweety shop of all things pottery. Plus some very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Just a bit tricky to park, but inside it's got everything from little things that you don't quite know what they are, to quite big things that you don't quite know what you'd use then for. Online presence is also great, but click on collect from shop to go and get the full experience. Recommended to anyone into pottery.
