I have a problem with windows 10 shutting down and restarting in a continuous loop. i thought there would be some info online which there was however, i didn't have the confidence to execute what the articles were telling me to do so i thought the best thing to do is seek help. when you search on the internet its pot luck if they're any good, can they offer a solution without taking advantage of your situation. Searcher beware!!

i came across iTom Tech via google and decide to contact the company. i received a call back a few minutes later, Tom was able to extrapolate the info he needed to understand the issue and guided me to a straight forward solution i was able to do myself. I would describe myself as being average ability on a computer and toms instruction were pitched accordingly.

Much to my satisfaction there was no charge.
My overall experience has been of the highest order from start to finish, a rare experience these days and when you have a good experience shouting about it is a pleasure. Well done Tom, you've made my day Thank You.

Tom and the team are a genuine pleasure to work with. They understand technology, but have their knack of explaining things simply to us non-experts and making sure the problems are sorted in good time which allows us to carry-on making money. If you are struggling with your current IT provider then do yourself a favour and get in touch with them ASAP. They will look after you, and its a switch that you won't worry about doing the right thing. It simply will be!

My old MacBook graphics were playing up and Tom agreed to look at the issue on a "no cure - no pay" basis. For a very modest price, he replaced the mother board, fitted a new processor and conducted a clean install of an up to date OS. Very efficient, very good communication at all times and a perfect repair that has put off the massive outlay of a new MacBook for a year or two. No problems in recommending Tom.

I have an iMac. This has been to 2 local companies for issues but I was never fully satisfied that they understood apple products properly. Mine was fixed “properly” this time by Mike. He really understands his subject well. I will certainly use his services again if I have future issues.

The fact that they do home pick ups and delivery and are very flexible with time makes it an awesome place to have repairs done.they salvaged laptop which another company said i should scrap.so well done and highly recommended.
