Peggy and her amazing team at Passionate Cleaners came to my rescue last week with a deep clean and carpet wash at my brothers home while he’s in hospital. They are angels and did such an amazing job, leaving it spotlessly clean throughout. I was so impressed with the transformation and will be using them weekly going forward. They are kind, compassionate, efficient and an excellent cleaning team which I thoroughly recommend.

Peggy and her team were really nice, they did a very thorough clean in my brothers house as he'd passed away and I had to put it up for sale, they removed some very stubborn stains. The house smells beautiful and clean, I would highly recommend Passionate Cleaners, thank you all.

We had limescae removal and tough stain removal help on old applicance for my previous tenancy. Peggie and team did an exceptional job and sorted the issue so I could peacefully handover the proptry back to landlord. Great professionalism.

Paid £40 for a kitchen deep clean after falling behind and needing a reset, this is not what was provided. The cleaner cleaned 2 cupboards, did not clean any drawers, half of the countertops and did not move any appliances to clean behind or underneath them such as the microwave or the kettle.

Booking for the clean was agreed on the phone to be a PM slot at 1:30PM, had a follow up call from the cleaner stating that I was booked for an AM slot and had it rebooked again for the originally agreed PM slot due to me working a night shift the night before the clean, the cleaner arrived at 11am, with me barely having made it back to let the cleaner in.
