After searching for a very long time we Visited Bathroom Basics one Saturday morning. Dave took time to explain in every detail a Bio Bidet and accompanying High Pedestal Toilet.. a combination that we had been seeking for years. The following week we arranged for a free site visit by Stephen who was very accommodating and Professional, he gave us a price for the items and fitting of same, involving a plumber and an electrician; we found the price satisfactory and accepted it.
The following day I realised that the Toilet WC bowl that I had agreed to was not as tall as the one that I had seen at the showroom. I rang and spoke to Steve who with agreement of Dave, his manager agreed to let me have the 50cm high toilet from the shop display. Bernard arrived and plumbed in the toilet and provided the electrics for the Bio Bidet. He was very cheerful and a professional at his chosen trade. Upon completion we were delighted with Every Aspect of the Service, purchases and installation.
I would RECOMMEND ' BATGROOM BASICS ' TO ANYONE!

Just had my bathroom done - Matt dealt with the quote etc and was a good chap to deal with. Nick installed the bathroom and did a fantastic job. It was comforting to know BRB use McAlpine fittings and quality gear on the install and are not keen to cut costs with cheap fittings. Top guys - highly recommended.

I would recommend this company to anyone.Steve came and measured up and explained everything to me.
My bathroom was transformed in 3 and a half days from a wet room to having a walk in shower by Alan and Nathan,from the minute they started in the morning they never stopped(really good hard working men ) they cleaned up every day and never left any mess .Well done Bathroom Basics .

I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND. STEVE PLANNED BATHROOM TO MY TASTE. FITTERS STEVE AND NATHAN WERE BRILLIANT, WORK WAS SO PROFESSIONALLY DONE AND SO QUICK, CLEAN AND TIDY. ELECTRICIAN DID A GOOD JOB TOO. CANNOT EXPRESS HOW PLEASED I AM WITH MY NEW BATHROOM.

Hi, I can definitely highly recommend this company. From the start Steve came out went through everything with us from what products they have and what would suit our needs . The 2 workmen both turned up every morning on time and theyve done an excellent job we are so please with the end result .Excellent service.

My father called these an urgent partial refurb due to a leaking shower, they attended on Monday and promised to get call back that evening with a price, heard nothing two days later. Shocking behaviour from a supposedly professional company. As a business owner myself I cannot believe treating potential customers this way. My parents are left without a means to bathe. I would strongly advise people to avoid this unprofessional business. Even if they did not want to do the job a courtesy would be to let us know!

Just had our bathroom completely renovated and i can only say what a fantastic job they have done the fitters don't stop i can definitely recommend them .
