Visited store to purchase a sander. Experience in store was great. Store assistant Andy F was very professional and knowledgeable of the product I was buying. He advised me on what product would be best for me and even informed me of PPE (goggles and masks). Thank you for the great customer service.

Usual go to for DIY bits and bobs. Today's service was appalling. No staff on the floor to assist. I wanted large tin of paint and was told ' we don't have room to stock all the big tins'. Very crafty as I then had to buy 2 smaller which totalled to same volume but costing me £2 more- that'll add up with all the customers. I also wanted to purchase two of their chairs but again no one to assist so didn't bother and will shop elsewhere. They lost out on that one!

I visited this store the other day and wish to say what helpful staff attended to me. The staff involved were Scott (Manager) and Maddie. They both were so obliging, friendly and kind. I came away a very satisfied customer. Thank you.

Had paint mixed turned put wrong no fault of anyones. Went back and spoke with Lisa at Etruria B&Q and she was so lovely and couldn't do enough for us to rectify the problem. Knew her colours too expert. Cant thank her enough

We always find the staff really friendly when ever we visit. We call in tonight to get some paint mixed and were served by Kamal and had a good conversation it makes shopping a pleasure.

Good found everything I needed. Only problem is the queue at the till mid day is madness. Need more tills open between 12 - 2pm
