Absolutely fantastic experience using Storage Giant. We stored our personal belongings at Storage Giant for 12 months whilst we broke the chain in the sale/ purchase of our new home. Claire and Warren were brilliant from start to finish - easy to chat to, trustworthy, and top quality people in general. Warren was always on hand to help ensure we had the best price and Claire went above and beyond to help when we couldn’t locate our key fob. The units were easy to access and clean and dry. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Storage Giant to others.

This storage unit is good the staff are great, especially Paul Mould at the Stoke Storage Giant he was really friendly and informative. Storage Giant have got the most modern and most beautiful facility in the Staffordshire area. I have seen a couple of storage facilities and I settled on them because the facility is the best in the area. They gave me the best 24 weeks deal. I actually got a bargain and I am grateful. Warren and the entire team at Storage Giant (Stoke) were absolutely amazing. They walked me through all the finance steps with my storage and showed me my storage area the day before I moved in, even helped me get my purchased boxes into my car!
